We are looking for an experienced SAP I2C Lead (Invoice-to-Cash Lead) to support, optimize, and enhance end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP FSCM, Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) business processes, with hands-on experience in Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, and IT stakeholders to drive process improvements, support business operations, deliver functional solutions, and ensure efficient management of customer financial processes. This role requires excellent business process knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to support both project implementations and ongoing application support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) processes across the business.

Manage and support key functional areas including:
- Billing
- Accounts Receivable
- Collections
- Dispute Management
- Customer Financial Operations

Configure, implement, and maintain SAP FSCM solutions including:
- Credit Management
- Collections Management
- Dispute Management
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process needs and recommend best practices.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, defect validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system defects, process issues, and functional gaps.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the Invoice-to-Cash lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless process execution and system alignment.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and support documents.
- Provide production support and ensure stable day-to-day business operations.
- Support project implementation, enhancement, and application maintenance activities.
