Summary

The role is pivotal in driving milk sales growth and expanding distribution networks within the assigned operational area, directly contributing to the achievement of budgeted business targets and high customer satisfaction. The incumbent will lead end-to-end operational execution, ensuring timely logistics, accurate sales realization, and robust customer engagement. By leveraging market intelligence, optimizing distribution efficiency, and enforcing quality standards, the position plays a critical role in sustaining competitive advantage and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in scaling the model parlours initiative, minimizing product losses, and maintaining compliance with ISO standards through meticulous documentation and process control.

Responsibilities





- Achieve sales targets and expand distribution networks across the assigned territory.

- Ensure timely collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding receivables.

- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely, efficient milk distribution to all outlets.

- Conduct regular market intelligence activities to identify gaps and opportunities in marketing strategies.

- Promote and grow the model parlours business within the operational area.

- Monitor, control, and collect milk crates promptly to ensure inventory accuracy and reuse.

- Implement measures to minimize leakages, damages, and wastage across the supply chain.

- Address customer complaints promptly and ensure resolution in alignment with service standards.

- Lead the implementation and documentation of ISO standards across all operational activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, distribution, or field operations within the FMCG or dairy sector.

- Strong understanding of logistics coordination and supply chain management.

- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business expansion.

- Proficiency in data collection, reconciliation, and reporting.

- Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation practices.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

- Willingness to travel and work in dynamic, field-based environments.
