- Establish, monitor, and enforce strict Quality Assurance checks across CNC/VMC machining centers, drop forging hammers, and heat -treatment units.

- Independently handle automotive core tools, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), FMEA, and Control Plans for current component development.

- Troubleshoot floor rejections and customer complaints using structured problem -solving methodologies (8D Reports, 5 -Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams).

- Calibrate and skillfully operate precision measurement tools including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Vernier calipers, micrometers, air gauges, contour tracers, and profile projectors.

- Supervise forging layout inspections, detect surface defects (cracks, laps, scale pits), and monitor metallurgical heat -treatment metrics (Hardness testing, grain structure alignment).

- Represent the company during external OEM client audits, maintain documentation for IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards, and evaluate incoming raw material quality from vendors.
