Job Description – Lead Educator

Location: Alipore, Kolkata-700027

CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,50,000 (final offer based on experience and interview)

Role Overview

We are seeking passionate individuals to join as Lead Educators in a new preschool inspired by play‑based, child‑centered learning. As part of the founding team, you will help shape classrooms and culture that celebrate curiosity, creativity, and joyful discovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging, play‑based learning activities.

- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.

- Create inspiring, child‑friendly classroom spaces.

- Observe and support each child’s unique journey.

- Collaborate with fellow educators and grow through training.

Candidate Profile

- Loves working with young children; kind, patient, empathetic.

- Positive, energetic, creative, and curious.

- Enjoys storytelling,



art, music, or hands‑on play.

- Team‑oriented and comfortable with outdoor/messy play.

Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree in any discipline.

- Diplomas in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, NTT, ECCEd preferred..
