About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling SaaS startup in the B2B revenue operations and CRM automation space, we’re engineering intelligent data pipelines and scalable database architectures that power real-time sales intelligence for mid-market enterprises across India. Our DB developers design, optimize, and maintain high-availability SQL environments that feed analytics dashboards, automated workflows, and AI-driven forecasting engines — all while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and sub-second query performance at scale. Role & Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, normalized SQL schemas for core CRM and revenue operations modules.

- Write, tune, and debug complex T-SQL/PL-SQL stored procedures, triggers, and functions to support high-throughput transactional workloads.

- Optimize query performance using execution plans, indexing strategies, and partitioning schemes across large datasets.

- Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL/ELT pipelines that sync CRM, marketing,



and finance data into warehouse environments.

- Implement data governance & audit logging policies to ensure compliance with internal SLAs and security standards.

- Support production DB environments — monitor performance, troubleshoot deadlocks, and execute schema migrations with zero downtime.
