Context
Managing prime contract and subcontracts for a high-value, multi-disciplinary Metro Rail project. Reporting to the Project Director to safeguard the General Contractor’s (GC) commercial interests and legal compliance.
Missions/Main Duties
- Contract Administration: Ensure full compliance with Prime Contract (FIDIC/Bespoke) and manage all formal correspondence.
- Claims & Variations: Identify, draft, and negotiate Extension of Time (EoT), variation orders, and cost claims.
- Subcontract Management: Oversee the entire subcontract lifecycle,
from tendering to final account closure.
- Risk Mitigation: Early identification of contractual risks and drafting "Notices of Delay" to protect the GC.
- Experience: 3-5years in infrastructure; 3+ years specifically in Metro/Heavy Civil projects.
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil + PG in Construction Management or RICS/LLM (preferred).
