Hi, we are hiring a Receptionist / Reservation Executive with minimum 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth and effective booking experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle reservations via phone, email, online platforms
- Provide accurate information about room availability, pricing, and amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate with the front office and teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records in the reservation system.
- Upsell additional services, such as dining packages, ayurveda treatments, and activities, to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Monitor room inventory and ensure optimal occupancy levels.
- Resolve booking issues or complaints with a customer-centric approach.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in reservation software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
