Your role will involve telecalling and communicating with customers, guiding them through the Demat account opening process, sharing service details, making follow-up calls, and maintaining records.
- Daily target: 50 calls, with each call lasting more than 1 minute to be considered valid.
- Monthly target: 20 KYC completions.
- On achieving the monthly target, the salary will be ₹10,000 per month.
- If 10–12 KYCs are completed, salary of up to ₹8,000 may be provided based on the monthly call performance report.
- After completing 20 KYCs, every additional KYC will earn an extra incentive of ₹500 per KYC.
