Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant projects on freelance platforms like Upwork, PPH, Guru, and Freelancer that align with the company’s expertise.
- Write customized, qualified, and persuasive proposals to win client projects.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project details and expectations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services to present them accurately in bids.
- Manage multiple proposals and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of experience in bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with freelance platforms and remote work culture.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
