Position: 4-Roll Calendar Operator
Location: Muradnagar, (Sybly Industrial Area)
Requisites:
- ITI in Rubber Technology, Fitter, or Machine Operation (Freshers can apply)
- Familiarity with rubber processing and machine settings.
- Attention to detail to detect inconsistencies in rubber sheets.
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a 4-roll calendar machine to process rubber sheets.
- Adjust machine settings to control sheet thickness and width.
- Monitor the rolling process to avoid defects like air bubbles.
- Inspect finished rubber sheets to ensure quality standards.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and adjustments as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and production schedules.
