We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to support data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. Your ability to analyze data, generate reports, and ensure accurate data flow will be critical to improving operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for various departments.
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Analyze data and generate insights to help management make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant data for reporting purposes.
- Manage and update databases, ensuring consistency and accuracy of the information.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and assist in reporting on departmental goals.
- Assist in data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy of reports and information.
- Support in ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests as needed.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Ensure that reports are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in reporting processes and suggest solutions.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an MIS or data-related role.
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree in any field (preferably in commerce, business, or information technology).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with a robust understanding of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with MIS software and reporting tools is a plus.
