We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Supervisor to join our production department.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality control team
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Investigate and resolve any quality issues that arise during production
- Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
- Communicate with production managers and other departments to address quality concerns and implement improvements
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processess

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a quality control role in a production environment
- Solid knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
- Day shift
