Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Identify, record, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand features and resolve issues.
- Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test data.
- Ensure all testing activities are completed within project deadlines.
- Report on test progress, defects, and test results to the QA Lead or Project Manager.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problem areas.
