Position: Corporate Lawyer (Real Estate and Finance)

Location: Koramangala

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with a solid background in both real estate and finance sectors to join our team. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a vital role in providing legal advice and support to our organization in matters pertaining to real estate transactions and financial operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, leasing agreements, and property development projects.
- Conduct due diligence and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise on financing arrangements, loan agreements, and other financial transactions, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government authorities to negotiate and finalize legal agreements.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in the real estate and finance sectors.




- Handle legal disputes and litigation related to real estate and finance matters, when necessary.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer, with a focus on real estate and finance sectors.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and processes.
- Familiarity with financial transactions, loan agreements, and financing structures.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.
