Job Role: HVAC-Site Supervisor

Our main core - Duct Cleaning, Air balancing, IAQ & Project work
- Ability to understand design codes and its specifications.
- Knowledge of the pipe installation, duct installation, HVAC equipment installations, testing and commissioning works.
- Ability to handle the labors, site materials and safety records.
- To ensure proper implementation of design at site.
- Generate/Review material requisitions, submitting and contract/worker performance measures are met.
- Serve as the site representative for all matters related to Work quality assurance of mechanical HVAC works.
- To monitor and control expenses related to project work or Service Work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
- Technical report writing, preparing, handing over documentation and project Or Service work coordination.




- Excellent communication skills with complete knowledge of technical terms and standards.
- Preparation and submission of material submitting and method of statement.

Qualification:
Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical /Electrical

Experience

Min-4yr to 7Yr

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
