Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, etc.).
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Reconcile accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory and tax filings.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely payment and collection.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with vendors and customers as necessary.
- Process invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval.

Inventory & Costing:
- Manage inventory accounting, including stock valuation, inventory costing, and inventory reconciliations.
- Support the costing of pharmaceutical products, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, corporate policies, and relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits,



providing necessary documentation and support.

Taxation:
- Assist with tax compliance, including preparation of VAT/GST returns, corporate tax filings, and tax provision schedules.
- Stay updated on relevant tax regulations impacting the pharmaceutical industry.

Financial Analysis & Budgeting:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend actions for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

General Administrative Support:
- Provide general accounting support to the finance team as needed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CMA, or similar qualified certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial report
