Job Title: Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Architect with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise will be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop architectural designs and plans that meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and resolve any issues that may arise.




- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities and project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
- Robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
