Job Title:Credit Balance & Rejections- Non-Voice Process

Responsibilities:
- Analyze credit balances and process refund requests or adjustments
- Review and resolve insurance rejections and denials
- Ensure accurate posting and documentation
- Work on client-specific billing systems (training will be provided)
- Follow up with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in RCM / AR / healthcare billing
- Good communication and written English
- Basic knowledge of medical billing or healthcare is a plus
- Willing to work in night shifts (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
