Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Urapakkam, Chennai (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (Complete US Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients
- Experience working with C2H and Full time roles
- Should work only with Green Card holders and US Citizens
- Sourcing profiles through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Yahoo Hot Jobs, etc.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Coordination with vendors, recruiters, and offshore team
- Weekly progress reports to be shared with management
