Position: Front Desk Manager
Location: Skinfinity Derma, Gurgaon
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Responsibilities:
- Reception Management: Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments for consultations, treatments, and follow-ups. Coordinate with doctors and patients to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, offering information on services, and maintaining a pleasant clinic environment.
- Billing & Payments: Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Clinic Organization:



Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Handle the daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic's operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stocks of necessary office supplies and inform management about reordering requirements.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the medical and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in a front desk role, preferably in a skincare, haircare, or medical healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
- Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office and clinic management software.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
