- Conduct incoming inspection and testing of raw and packaging materials.
- Collect samples and perform testing as per the Material Testing Frequency (MTF) plan.
- Maintain accurate testing records and retain control samples as per SOP.
- Report quality deviations and non-conformities to the QA Head.
- Conduct weekly and monthly storage area audits and track corrective actions.
- Monitor concentrate and pulp quality and submit reports.
- Identify and report KORE compliance gaps.
- Ensure GMP and Positive Housekeeping (GHK) compliance in the assigned area.
- Maintain laboratory records, consumables, and inventory.
- Perform sensory evaluation of incoming raw materials.
- Support microbiological analysis as required.
- Maintain packaging material artwork files and related documentation.
- Train team members on IPQP analysis and quality procedures
