Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end site execution activities within the assigned region. The role involves daily site visits, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring project progress, ensuring timely material and manpower deployment, and successful handover of sites with minimal or zero snags.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor project activities across assigned sites within the region.
- Visit assigned project sites on a daily basis to track execution progress.
- Supervise and monitor all ongoing site works to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including:
- Fit-out vendors
- HDR and MTSS racks vendors
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including:
- Central Team
- Operations Team
- Real Estate (RE) Team
- Ensure smooth project execution through effective communication and coordination.
- Coordinate with partners/vendors for timely material delivery at site.
- Ensure installation manpower deployment as per project requirements.




- Track and report daily manpower attendance at project sites.
- Share daily progress and status updates with the Central team.
- Provide site markings and execution guidance to vendors for work initiation.
- Ensure timely completion of site works and initiate handover to the Operations Team.
- Ensure site handover is completed with minimal or zero snags/issues.
- Travel within the assigned region as required for project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Interior Fit-out, Construction, or Electrical projects is mandatory.
- Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and execution activities simultaneously.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
