Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will contribute to lead generation, outbound outreach, prospect engagement, and client communication for B2B technology services.
This prospect is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in B2B sales, SaaS/services selling, outbound prospecting, and account-based selling while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world sales processes and tools.
You will work closely with Senior BDEs, SDRs, Account Executives,
and marketing teams to support pipeline growth and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Research & Prospecting

Research target companies and identify key decision-makers

Build and maintain prospect databases aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

Support outbound lead generation through email, LinkedIn, and other channels

Identify new business opportunities and potential client requirements
2. Outbound Sales & Account-Based Selling

Draft personalized outreach emails and follow-up messages

Engage with multiple stakeholders within target accounts

Execute outreach campaigns and sales sequences

Learn and apply best practices for cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups
3. Cold Calling & Lead Qualification

Conduct cold calls to introduce company services and generate interest
