- Regular benchmarking of spare parts prices with key competitors.
- Identify price gaps and recommend price corrections to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Monitor impact of price changes on sales volume and dealer ordering patterns.
- Develop pricing strategy for fast moving, slow moving and critical parts.
- Fast Moving Parts Sales Monitoring
- Track fast moving parts sales trends on a monthly basis.
- Identify location-wise gaps in rapid moving parts penetration.
- Work with regional teams to improve availability and sales of fast moving parts.
- Suggest schemes or focus products to improve parts movement.
- Competitor Strategy Inputs
- Closely coordinate with field team to collect competitor information.
- Track competitor schemes, pricing, new product launches and dealer programs.
- Prepare periodic competitor analysis reports.
- Suggest counter strategies based on market intelligence.
- Data Mining & Business Analytics
- Extract and analyse sales data to identify business trends and opportunities.




- Dealer-wise, part-wise, model-wise sales analysis.
- Identify non-moving and slow-moving parts and suggest liquidation plans.
- Analyse regional sales performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
- Mechanic Loyalty Program Monitoring
- Monitor mechanic loyalty program performance and participation.
- Track redemption, active mechanics, repeat purchase behaviour.
- Identify inactive mechanics and suggest activation plans.
- Evaluate ROI of mechanic schemes and loyalty programs.
- Dealer Performance & Consumption Analysis
- Analyse dealer-wise job card opening vs spare parts consumption.
- Identify dealers with low parts consumption compared to vehicle population/service load.
- Work with service and spare teams to improve parts billing per job card.
- Monitor dealer ordering pattern and stock levels.
