Role & Responsibilities:
- Be the catalyst for learning by delivering Chemistry lessons that stick like glue ?
- Lead the Science team — make sure Physics, Chemistry, and Biology get along like elements in a perfect compound. ?⚛️
- Mentor educators to help them bond with students and break down tough concepts without causing a reaction ?
- Design and implement innovative, experiment-worthy teaching methods and materials. ?
- Track student progress and provide feedback that’s more effective than a titration ?
- Collaborate with management to ensure our science program is always in its prime state. ⚡
What We’re Looking For:
- You know your way around the periodic table and beyond ?
- Familiarity with Biology ? and Physics ⚛️ is a huge plus — because we believe in interdisciplinary reactions
- Strong leadership skills — you can lead the Science department without any bonding issues. ?
- Excellent communicator who can explain science without causing static ?
- Ready to commit for at least 2 years and join us immediately (because this opportunity is pretty elemental). ⚛️?
