Drive comprehensive franchise store network development and management across India while ensuring superior franchise partner success, consistent brand experience delivery, and network profitability through strategic franchise development, partner support, performance management, and business growth initiatives to maximize franchise network contribution to overall business objectives.

Business Impact: Franchise network management covering 1000+ franchise stores across multiple formats with revenue influence of ?1000+ Cr and comprehensive franchise partner ecosystem development.

Franchise Management: Advanced expertise in franchise business models, partner development, performance management, and franchise system optimization
Business Development: Strong capabilities in partner acquisition, market development, growth planning,



and revenue optimization strategies
