With rapid business expansion, new product introductions, and a varied skill base of an unorganized workforce, the role focuses on building standardized training programs across regions. It requires close collaboration with sales, quality, and channel teams while leveraging digital tools to scale training and track effectiveness.

Training Design & Deployment

Develop structured training modules for:





Fabrication processes and installation practices
Product application & technical specifications
Deliver training to factory teams, project teams, and external stakeholders
Ensure standardized training across locations and projects

Product Prototyping & Technical Support
Work closely with design and R&D; teams for:
o Prototype development and testing
o Product validation and sampling
• Translate technical product knowledge into training content
• Support product launches with hands-on training modules
Fabrication Process Capability Building

Conduct technical training on:
o Fabrication tools, machinery, and setups
o Process control and quality checks
• Support setup of fabrication units and ensure readiness of teams
• Train staff on best practices for production and quality assurance

Content Development & Documentation

Prepare:
o Product manuals
o Training guides and technical bulletins
o Application note
