Role Overview

We are looking for a Support Service Associate to support vendor coordination, resource fulfillment, documentation, and operational activities. The role involves working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resource delivery, maintain records, track performance, and support day-to-day procurement and vendor management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Coordination & Support:

Assist in vendor onboarding and documentation activities.
Coordinate with vendors for resource requirements and status updates.
Track vendor performance and maintain vendor-related records.
Support compliance and process adherence activities.

RFx & Documentation Support:

Assist in RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes.
Maintain SLA, SOW, SOP, and contract documentation.
Support rate card management and vendor data updates.
Ensure accuracy of procurement and vendor records.

Resource Coordination:

Coordinate with stakeholders to understand resource requirements.
Track resource fulfillment and follow up with vendors.




Monitor delivery timelines and escalate delays when required.
Maintain resource allocation and delivery reports.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain vendor and resource databases.
Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel.
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Support process documentation and standardization initiatives.

Stakeholder Support:

Act as a coordination point between vendors and internal teams.
Support issue tracking and escalation management.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Experience in vendor coordination, procurement support, or staffing operations.
Basic understanding of RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes.
Positive knowledge of SLA, SOW, SOP, and contract documentation.
Strong MS Excel skills (reporting, tracking, data management).
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
