* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in digital accessibility, including evaluating products
with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers) and automation tools.
* Experience reading or debugging code in one or more common language (e.g.,
JavaScript, Python, Java).
* Experience in web and mobile accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Skilled certification in accessibility (e.g., IAAP WAS, CPACC).
* Experience implementing or maintaining accessibility automation frameworks at
the code level.
* Experience leveraging generative AI tools and prompt engineering to automate
workflows or solve accessibility issues.
* Knowledge of global accessibility laws and standards (e.g., Section 508, EN
301 549).
* Ability to document complex technical specifications and provide actionable
remediation guidance at the code level.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical
roadmaps and drive consensus on user goals.
