Key Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Strategy
Design and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement tech-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
Monitor daily business activities and ensure all departments are hitting their KPIs.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Oversee the procurement of hardware components and manage relationships with local and international vendors.
Maintain optimum inventory levels to prevent stock-outs while minimizing holding costs.
Streamline the logistics and delivery process from the warehouse to the customer’s doorstep.
Service Delivery & Customer Success
Manage the field operations team (technicians and installers) to ensure timely and high-quality installations.
Monitor post-installation support cycles to reduce turnaround time (TAT) for service tickets.
Ensure a seamless "Customer Journey" from the moment an order is placed until the product is live.
Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team.
Coordinate between Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Act as the primary point of contact for the Founders regarding business health and operational scaling.
