Position: Customer Support Associate – Hotel Engine (Flex)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions related to retention, recovery, and collections
Assist customers with queries and provide effective resolutions
Drive upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience
Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction




Ensure smooth communication with customers in a skilled manner
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate from any discipline
Excellent communication skills are mandatory
Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required
Experience in Retention / Upselling / Recovery / Collections is mandatory
Candidates with Hospitality ( Hotel Industry ) background will be preferred
