Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for EA to Directors. The Executive Assistant will provide high level, confidential administrative support to the Directors. This role goes beyond traditional secretarial duties, requiring a proactive individual who can manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-functional projects, and act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactively manage complex and frequently changing calendars, ensuring the Directors’ time is prioritized for high-impact activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders (Founders, Department Heads, Global Partners). Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests.
