Skills, Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software or technology products, preferably in BFSI, FinTech, Payments.
Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of product design and user experience principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
MBA - good_to_have.
