Key Responsibilities:
Planning and executing manual and exploratory tests based on requirements and user stories.
Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and designers to ensure a explicit understanding of acceptance criteria.
Reporting and tracking bugs, defects, and issues using defect management tools.
Defining regression test scope based on quality risks.




Contributing to regression test suites and supporting test automation efforts.
Continuously suggesting improvements for product quality and testing practices.
Monitoring issue severity and communicating risks to the team.
Staying updated on testing trends and sharing knowledge within the team.
Strong educational qualifications (Engineering majors, MCA from reputed institutes, master's in quality management is preferred) with 8-12 years of experience in software Testing/Quality Assurance/ Automation
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience working in a development team as quality engineer
Experience in QA processes and tools, test management systems, designing and running tests on web applications or backend systems and analysing bugs - Experience with writing and executing manual test cases and plans.
