We are seeking a Treasury & Cash Management Software Implementation Specialist to join our growing implementation and skilled services team. This role is ideal for a consultant with strong treasury domain knowledge, hands-on experience implementing treasury management systems (TMS) such as FIS, ION Treasury, and/or GTreasury, and the ability to work closely with corporate treasurers, finance teams, and technical stakeholders.
You will play a key role in delivering successful end-to-end TMS implementations, translating treasury and accounting requirements into configured system solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The role is remote and will involve collaboration with international clients and internal teams across Australian time zones (from 10am to 6.30pm, Sydney time )

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Consulting
• Act as a primary functional consultant and trusted partner to clients, particularly Group Treasurers, Treasury Managers, and Finance stakeholders.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops to understand




clients’ treasury structures, policies, and operational workflows.
• Translate business and treasury requirements into clear functional and configuration specifications.
• Communicate complex treasury and system concepts in a clear and pragmatic manner to both business and technical audiences.
Treasury System Implementation
• Configure and implement treasury and cash management solutions, including: o Settlement instructions and bank account structures
o Cash management and liquidity workflows
o Payments, confirmations, and bank connectivity
o Treasury deal lifecycle (FX, MM, debt, derivatives)
o Intercompany and in-house banking setups
• Support integration with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. ERP, GL, payment hubs, bank channels).
