Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Associate who can manage day-to-day operations,
communicate with users, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires good
communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs)
Track and monitor live diagnostic appointments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure timely sample collection and coordination with vendors/labs.
Monitor report generation timelines and ensure reports are delivered on time.
Escalate and resolve diagnostics-related issues with vendors promptly.
Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the diagnostics journey.
Handle diagnostics upselling through customer calls and interactions.
Schedule and coordinate diagnostic appointments efficiently.
Collaborate closely with internal coaches and Customer Success teams for diagnostics-related queries and support.
Identify operational gaps and support process improvements for better service delivery.
Key Requirements
● 1 - 5 years of experience in operations or similar role
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks
● Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
