We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – HR (Talent Acquisition) with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing to Onboarding)
✅ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants & social media
✅ Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes
✅ Salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding
✅ Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports
✅ Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely closures

Required Skills:
✔ End-to-end recruitment expertise
✔ Hands-on experience with Naukri,



LinkedIn & other hiring platforms
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Robust negotiation and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Eligibility:
? MBA (HR) or MSW (Full-Time) – Mandatory
❌ Part-Time, Distance, or Correspondence education will not be considered.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles
✔ Experience in Manufacturing, Telecom, Renewable Energy, Engineering, EPC, or Industrial sectors is preferred.
✔ Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
