Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Total Experience: 10+ years
Robust experience in Workday HCM Functional Consulting, including configuration, maintenance, and production support.
Hands-on expertise in configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Organizations, Job Profiles, Business Processes, Security, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation (preferred).
Strong experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday functional solutions.
Experience in configuring Workday Business Processes, security roles, organizations, supervisory structures, and related HCM configurations.




Good understanding of Workday reporting, calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Experience supporting Workday production environments, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Knowledge of Workday release management, feature adoption, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Strong understanding of Workday security concepts, domain security policies, and role-based security.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, HR teams, implementation partners, and internal IT teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
