Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure detailed understanding of Safety & ESG requirements at all the location.
• Direct critical risk evaluation of existing status of safety at all the location. Ensuring availability of all Mechanical equipment’s to meet the BP targets.
• Identify safety risks/lapses in safety protocols, practices, and recommend appropriate interventions in compliance with Statutory & ISO requirements.
• Drive zero harm and decrease in leading indicators at all the units by fostering culture of safety.
• Lead efficient MIS management by driving software development and digitization initiatives.
• Lead investigation of any incidents that may occur at any location and prepare detailed and accurate incident reports regarding the same.
