As a Project Analyst you will support Agile project delivery, project
governance, compliance tracking, stakeholder management, and business analysis
activities for technology transformation initiatives. You will act as both a
facilitator of Agile ceremonies and a coordinator of governance and reporting,
ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with organisational
standards.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Agile Delivery & Facilitation

* Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint
Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
* Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.
* Support project planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, and project
coordination.

Governance & Reporting

* Prepare governance reports, dashboards, executive updates, and PMO artefacts.
* Track compliance deliverables, audit findings, regulatory obligations, and
remediation actions.
* Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management





* Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and
acceptance criteria.
* Support technology transformation initiatives by aligning requirements with
delivery models.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

* Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful
delivery.
* Provide explicit communication and manage expectations across departments.

Experience

* You have 5–8 years of experience in Project Analyst, PMO, or Project
Coordination roles.
* You have experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
* You have supported technology transformation or enterprise application
projects.

Technical Expertise

* You are skilled in Agile Scrum and Kanban practices.
* You are proficient in project governance and PMO reporting.
