Role Description

The Operations Head – Child Day Care is a full time on-site position based out of Gurgaon.

The role will oversee day-to-day operations of the running of corporate child daycare centers operating, ensuring safe, nurturing,



and engaging environments for children.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and it also involves setting up of new centres and its planning, coordinating staffing, managing schedules, and implementing operational policies and procedures.

The role includes monitoring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, maintaining facility readiness, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for children and families. The Operations Head will collaborate with educators and support staff, manage parent communication, and address operational issues promptly. Additionally, the role requires tracking performance metrics, optimizing resource utilization, managing budgets, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance the daycare program.
