The Marketplace PPC will own the end-to-end paid advertising strategy and execution across Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart. This role sits at the intersection of advertising and operations: you will not just manage campaigns, you will understand the P&L; impact of every rupee spent, and use that understanding to drive category share at the right efficiency. You will work closely with the Marketplace Operations and D2C Performance teams to ensure channel coherence.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Amazon Full Funnel including DSP, Class 1, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display - full campaign lifecycle from build to bid optimisation
• Nykaa PLA and Flipkart PLA campaigns - budget allocation, creative briefs, and performance tracking
• ACOS and TACOS management: maintaining targets by product tier and category
• Keyword research and negative keyword governance:
building and maintaining master keyword libraries
• Competitor conquest campaigns: identifying gaps and structuring conquest strategy by category
• Search term reports: weekly analysis and structure optimisation
• Current product launch PPC plans: velocity builds, keyword seeding, and review generation support
• Bid-based coupon strategy coordination with the Google Ads team for cross-channel efficiency
• Weekly reporting to marketplace lead and monthly P&L; contribution reporting
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years managing Amazon PPC independently - not as part of a broader digital role
• Proven ACOS / TACOS improvement track record with specific numbers to share
• Deep familiarity with Amazon's campaign structure: Auto vs Manual, exact vs phrase vs broad, PAT targeting
• Experience with Quick Commerce advertising: Blinkit Ad Manager, Zepto Ads, Swiggy Instamart
