ABOUT THE ROLE

Medovate Pvt Ltd is building a current technology and operations centre in Ahmedabad to deliver application development, integration, and managed services for a multi-entity international group operating across the US, UK, Mexico, China, and India. The group runs Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, and CX) as its core platform, with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) as the integration backbone connecting Fusion to e-commerce, banking, logistics, and partner systems.

We are looking for a Senior OIC Developer to own integration design and lead delivery as the team scales. You will set the technical standard for how integrations are built, mentor a growing team, and act as the go-to expert for complex, business-critical flows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end design of OIC integrations, including architecture, patterns, and reusable frameworks
• Lead delivery of complex integrations between Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, Procurement, Order Management, AR/AP, SCM) and external systems such as e-commerce, banking, and fulfilment platforms




• Build and maintain the OIC integrations and APIs that enable Oracle AI agents to act on business systems, exposing Oracle Fusion and connected-system actions as callable tools and services for platforms such as Oracle AI Agent Studio and OCI Generative AI Agents
• Design intercompany Purchase Order / Sales Order automation with conditional routing logic across multiple entity chains
• Define and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, error-handling frameworks, and version-control / CI-CD practices
• Own performance, scalability, and OIC message-pack optimisation across production instances
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Partner with functional leads and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, providing effort estimates and technical guidance
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of critical production incidents
