Responsibilities:
Design and deliver curriculum-aligned English lessons for Grades 1 to 4 using creative, interactive, and child-friendly teaching methodologies.
Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate phonics, vocabulary building, reading comprehension, grammar, and oral communication skills.
Utilize visual aids, storytelling, games, and multimedia tools to enhance student engagement and understanding.
Monitor student progress through regular assessments, observations, and feedback; maintain accurate records of performance and development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in Primary Education or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in primary grades (Grades 1–4),



preferably in an English-medium or bilingual school setting.
Robust command of spoken and written English, with a clear and articulate communication style.
Proven experience in developing and delivering engaging lesson plans focused on foundational literacy skills.
Proficiency in using digital tools and classroom technology to support instruction and student learning.
