Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of Pooltrackr’s application platforms. This role will act as a key technical leader for the Pune team, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with global product and engineering goals.
You will work closely with global stakeholders to drive execution, provide technical direction, and build a solid engineering culture. This is a leadership role requiring both technical expertise to guide team resolve technical challenges and people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Own end-to-end delivery, code quality, and engineering standards across application platforms
Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices across:
Frontend: React.js / Next.js
Mobile: React Native
Backend : Laravel
Ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performance system design




Contribute hands-on to critical or complex areas when required
Drive product development through AI
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers – 5 - 20 head count.
Drive a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
Support hiring, onboarding, and scaling of the Pune engineering team
Manage and coordinate across Agile/Scrum teams
Delivery & Execution
Plan and manage development cycles in an Agile/Scrum environment
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
Identify risks, remove technical blockers, and ensure smooth execution
Maintain high standards of performance, reliability, and user experience
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with product, design, and global engineering teams (AU, US, EU)
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Ensure alignment with product roadmap and business priorities
