Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for Internal Logistics in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve company’s goal at the Devanahalli, Bangalore Location.

We are currently hiring for the following positions Manufacturing?Team:

Warehouse Automation & Maintenance (AM/DM):
Responsible for maintenance and reliability of warehouse automation systems and material handling equipment, including ASRS, AGVs, AMRs, RGVs, conveyors, cranes, hoists, lifts, forklifts, pallet trucks, and stackers.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, WMS, WCS, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial automation systems.




Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce recurring failures.
Utilize vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and IoT-based monitoring for predictive maintenance.
Coordinate with OEMs for equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, and technical support.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.
Work with SAP/ERP/MES for maintenance planning, tracking, reporting, and equipment performance analysis.
Experience in maintenance of raw material and finished goods automated warehouses, including Li-Ion battery handling systems, is preferred.

Warehouse Equipment Engineer (AM/DM):
Ensure reliability and availability of manufacturing equipment through preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to el
