Cluster Head - Hospitality Finance Position
We are seeking a seasoned Cluster Head for our Hospitality Finance division based in Guwahati. This pivotal role is designed for a professional with extensive experience in financial management within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations across multiple hospitality units within the cluster.
Lead budget planning, management, and review processes to ensure fiscal discipline and cost optimization.
Implement robust cost control measures to maximize profitability without compromising on service quality.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Receivable teams to streamline processes and improve cash flow.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and address challenges proactively.




Solve complex financial problems that may impact the efficiency or profitability of the hospitality units.

Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Financial Analysis specific to the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated expertise in Budget Management with a focus on cost reduction strategies.
Strong capabilities in Cost Control methodologies applicable to hospitality operations.
