Minimum Experience
* 5- 9 years of total experience, and at least 3 years in the real estate
industry
* At least 3 years� experience in a leading law firm with Litigation/ Non �
Litigation background.

* In-depth understanding of drafting agreements like Development, Sale, Lease,
Leave & License etc
* Statutory/ Regulatory Compliance Management
* Should have the knowledge of leasing administration process
Overall Purpose/Objective
Of the job
Responsible for supporting the leasing/projects/center operation teams by
providing expert advice on legal and regulatory matters related to the
project/center, ensuring total compliance with relevant legal norms/ framework;
vetting all contracts/ agreement drafted, ensuring protected custody of legal
documents and monitoring swift resolution of legal issues in the organization.
