Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies for thermal products/services in the
cement sector across Central India.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with key cement industry clients and
stakeholders.
* Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive
developments.
* Drive order booking, revenue growth, and profitability in line with
organizational targets.
* Coordinate with technical, project, and service teams to ensure timely
solution delivery.
* Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and customer engagement
activities.
* Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence updates for
management review.
* Support pricing strategies, tender participation, and business expansion
initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry
regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
* Extensive experience in thermal sales/business development, preferably within
the cement industry.
* Solid understanding of industrial heating,



combustion, waste heat recovery,
or related thermal solutions.
* Proven track record in handling large accounts and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Central India.
