About the Role
As the Finance & Compliance Manager at Circle, you will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day finance, accounting, compliance, and reporting requirements.

You will work closely with Circle’s founders, internal teams, and external finance, accounting, tax, and compliance partners to ensure that all financial information, filings, records, and reports are accurate, timely, and well-organized.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong with execution, documentation, follow-ups, and financial discipline.



A key part of the role will be to take ownership of finance and compliance coordination so that the founder’s office is no longer required to manage these activities on a day-to-day basis.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations & Payments
Manage day-to-day finance operations, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, payroll coordination, and recurring finance requests.
Own the vendor invoice lifecycle, including invoice collection, verification, approval coordination, payment processing, and documentation.
Process and track payments to vendors, employees, consultants, logistics partners, and other external parties.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including salaries, reimbursements, deductions, joining and exit details, and statutory deductions where applicable.
Monitor payables, receivables, reimbursements, payroll, and payment schedules through clean trackers.
